Founded by Paula Costa, a professional dog groomer and passionate pet lover, Pet Friends Mobile Dog Grooming was created with one clear purpose: to offer dogs a calmer, kinder and more personalized grooming experience.
From the very beginning of her journey, she knew she wanted to care for animals in a calmer, more respectful and more holistic way. Paula believes that grooming is not only about appearance — it is also about emotional well-being.
She brings a gentle, patient and mindful approach to every appointment, always paying close attention to how each dog feels during the process. Paula is also a Level II Reiki practitioner, and when needed, she may use her Reiki techniques to help soothe and calm dogs who are more anxious or sensitive.
That’s why we bring a premium, fully equipped grooming van directly to your home, offering a quiet, private and stress-free experience right at your door.
Every appointment is one-on-one. Your dog is never rushed, never placed in cages, and never surrounded by other pets. We focus on gentle handling, patience and personalized care — especially for senior dogs, anxious pets and dogs who need a little extra time and understanding.
